Periwinkle & Polka Dots

dress: vintage, flea market, purse: vintage alligator, goodwill, wedges: target, scarf: thrifted
Ooooh dear. It's Monday. Which means I have 9 days (including today) of summer left. I getting pretty nervous but pretty excited at the same time! It's going to be my senior year! I'm counting on it being a fun year... I hope it doesn't let me down! Orientation is on Thursday... I will be sure to update you guys on my classes for this year, because I'm sure you're curious. ;)

First of all, I need a haircut! Alright, besides that, here's my $5 vintage dress that I got from the flea market! I adore the silhouette, and the big collar - so cute! I can't wait for next month's... My mom and I are already plotting the date out! Heheh. Anyway, I thought I'd update you readers on what I'm reading when I'm not doing homework these days! I've finally decided to start reading the Redwall series... It's really good, actually! I love stories with animals as the characters... so of course I'd like it. :) Have any of you read it?

Special shout out to my mom for helping me out with these photos! I've been spoiled this entire summer with helpful photographers! I don't know what I'm going to do during the school year... Back to the ole tripod! Maybe finally I'll actually invest in a remote...? Naw, prolly not. Sigh. Have a nice day, dears! x

  3. I heard good things about the Redwall series and I've been meaning to read them for years but I just never got around to it... Starting to wonder if I might not now be past the prime age to be reading them.

  18. You look adorable! I love the retro feel.

I have no idea what I'll do for photos once I start school since I'll be in a city. Hopefully someone will help me out, since I wouldn't dare to set up my tripod in a place where someone might steal my camera!
