One of my more favorite outfits of this finals week, so far! The trick is to find the right balance between warm (which includes fingerless gloves for me in the morning - not shown here!) and cute. Now this is difficult when warm jackets seem to be sparse in your closet, haha. The problem for me is finding a jacket that can be layered over another sweater that is the right length. Which brings me to why I love this coat! It's long, so I can wear anything under it. ♥ Oh the small things. : )
I wore this yesterday for my sculpture/ceramics and choir final. After school I was going to spend the afternoon with Nat, but he had stuff he had to do, so I ended up going to Goodwill on my own for a bit. I got two sweet compliments from random strangers while there, to boot! One about this outfit, and another about my hair. I was pleasantly surprised! You can find some nice people at secondhand stores, can't you? Have a nice Thursday, everyone... :) Two more finals, English today, and the dreaded calculus final tomorrow...agh...! xx

I love the lace top + sweater combo, its very cozy but pretty. I hope you are doing well with your finals and stuff! I can't believe how adorable you look. They say that dressing up for an exam helps you focus more. I'm not sure if it works, but I used to do that in high school just because it was the only way to get out of wearing our uniforms lol.
