dress: thrifted, cardigan: goodwill, boots: vintage, flea marketHello! No Mixtape Monday today, loves! :( Fortunately, I DID manage to take some outfit shots just an hour or so ago. I'm not only glad to be posting in general, but also, because I get to show you my new glasses! In case you didn't know, I have pretty bad vision and have worn glasses since the 4th grade. I got contacts in eighth grade and haven't looked back since! Well... till now!
I wouldn't start wearing glasses again till I could get a pair of frames that I loved with my updated prescription, and yesterday I did! :) I'm very excited to change things up like this and I think having options is really fun! How bout you? Do you wear glasses or contacts? Anyway, I hope your Monday wasn't too dreadful...haha...! xx

That dress...I'm in love! <3 Awesome frames, too! I don't need glasses whatsoever, sadly, but I'd really like to get some frames anyway. Actually, my boyfriend and I did a vintage sale on Saturday and we found a pair that we both really liked, so we're going to sort of share. I think I should probably let him keep them, though, since he spotted them first. ;)

Goodness those are such lovely glasses! I got some prescription ones just like it about a month ago but the prescription is all screwy on it. :/ I is major jealous of youu!~ they're super cute on you. Seriously. I'm glad you like 'em!

ReplyDeleteI think we found those boots the very first time we hit the Alameda Flea market!! They are boots worn by men who climb up the big poles to fix the phone/electrical wires!! Now-a-days that work is done in a "cherry-picker" truck. Ah - the good old days!! You look smashing today, darling!! xoxo

The glasses are lovely on you Elanor! I wear contacts and used to have the cutest pair of plastic frames...kind of similar to yours, but they got lost somewhere in my last move.
