Midwest Adventuring

These were some of my favorite Instagram shots I took during my trip to the Midwest. My favorite part of the trip might of been when we drove over to Wisconsin and stayed over night at my Uncle and Aunt's farm. Well, maybe technically it's not a farm... but they have cows and chickens and a barn, so as far as I'm concerned, it's a farm! The reason I think that it was my favorite part would have to be because of these two boys pictured above. They are my seven year old twin cousins who have been in love with me since perhaps the time they were three when we had another family reunion. I honestly will admit that I'm in love with them too. They are the sweetest, kindest and most polite little kiddos I know, and I miss them now just thinking about them! It makes me sad that I only get to see my cousins every few years... before I know it they will be all grown up!

Well anyway... I'm going to leave it at that before I get all teary-eyed! One thing that this trip has reinforced in my mind is how I'm thankful that I was born into a family that has a lot of people in it. On my mom's side I have nine cousins, and on my dad's side I have ten cousins. Even though I don't get to see everyone that much, I am happy that I get to be a part of such a large group of people. Don't tell anyone, but for this reason, I kind of want to have like three or four kids. Haha.... This will probably change but right now I feel like that would be cool. And then hopefully my brother will have a bunch of kids too so we can have some semblance of a family reunion when the time comes... :) Oh don't mind me, I'm just rambling now. Have a lovely day, friends! Talk to you soon! xx
