Today marks the first day of my mini break for Thanksgiving - though really I'm not sure how much of a break it will be because one of my finals is a week from today. Eeeeps. I'm confident that everything will go well though; going to finish off the quarter strong! And I'm basically registered for next quarter classes too - only waitlisted for one. I'm beginning to like the quarter system more and more! Not only does it go by quickly and then you move on to new classes (which is extremely beneficial if you don't enjoy the class...) but also you don't have homework to do over the winter and spring breaks because you are finished with those previous classes! I can dig that.
These photos are from yesterday when the weather was going crazy (aka rain coming down in sheets, then bright blue skies for a bit, then overcast and rain again). Kristie was a doll and ran outside to take these with me when we caught a dry patch. Funny story though; apparently these boots aren't quite as waterproof as I thought so I came back inside with wet feet in some wet boots. So of course I did what came naturally to me. I blow dried my boots with my feet still inside 'em! Hollaaaaaa xo

Yeeeah it's been super crazy rainy like that here too. It didn't help that someone decided to start a fire in our dorm at night when it was pouring! Haha but I really like the weird sunny rain that's been going on. :) Hope you have an awesome Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteI always find your looks so enchanting, this one especially. (and lol at your blowdrying your feet!)
ReplyDeleteI seriously am just obsessed with those boots! I also wish I had a quarter system. That sounds so nice. I always find myself just dreading the last few weeks of school, because I am so sick of all my classes! Haha
ReplyDeleteYou look gorgeous! And I'm loving the outfit. :)

Those not-so-waterproof boots are so worth wearing even if you have to blow dry them when you get home!
ReplyDeleteThat leather satchel is so perfect.
You're stunning :) I LOVE the boots!

Nice style! Love the boots! :)
ReplyDeletewho would of thought that line-man boots wouldn't have been waterproof?? Actually - if those were for guys working on the electric lines, maybe they don't do much work in rain.... :) Don't remember that dress - did you get it up in Seattle? The pic of the picnic table and benches was beautiful! xo
