"All Vintage Everything!"

Today turned out to be a more interesting day than I thought it would be! Whilst wasting time and browsing the internet, I rediscovered The SF Style website! I looked over the new stuff, enjoying myself, when I discovered that they were hosting a shopping event this very night! My mom, being someone who enjoys vintage herself, agreed to go last minute with me so we went on over. "All Vintage Everything" was what it was called. So we went there for a bit and then, on the same street, we saw a thrift store - Thrift Town. So we shopped there too! It was all quite exciting and by the end of it all, I got a few things - and took pictures to boot!

From the vintage shopping event I got a pretty forest green cardigan for $5 and a floral hobo purse for $10. And at Thrift Town I got green kitten heel shoes for $3.50, the shawl I'm wearing in the above photos for $5 and finally, a pretty white and gray striped summer dress for $4. The dress does not fit perfectly but I may try to find a way around that... it's so cute!

My mom is sweet for allowing this day's events to happen so last minute. It was a surprisingly successful day and now my feet hurt and I'm tired. Ah well... I had fun! :)

As you can see, I'm trying to figure out how to make this blog look nice, so I'm messing with the images and their sizing. Hopefully I can find something that works to my liking soon. In the meantime, thanks for reading!
