Yesterday, Derek and I hung out and went to the movie, Get Him to the Greek. It was really funny some of the time, but also stupid and gross other parts of it. But that's just how it goes these days, I think. Today I didn't do much, like most Sundays, except for Church and Costco. ;) I sang at Church with the praise band as I have been lately, so I had to get up even earlier this morning. 7:30 am to be exact! I don't enjoy getting up early, but I like to sing with them, so it is good.
This dress was quite an interesting find. I got it at Goodwill a few months ago; but, I wasn't sure how I liked the fit. It clings in a way that makes me feel somewhat self conscious. However, the print and length is super cute, so I figured that I should keep attempting to style it. And of course, for my purse, straw-like-material is a great spring and summer look so I thought it added the perfect touch to the outfit! Also, I got these boots in Seattle last summer with my mom when we were on our last road trip. Brings back fun memories!
On another note, my eating habits are becoming weird. I didn't really eat lunch today until 4:30ish, and I felt like I was dying! Haha, it was probably the heat... When I did eat lunch, I had a couple hard boiled eggs and an iced coffee. :) I think I'll make another one of those drinks later; it's cooling off now, but it's still pretty hot out there!
