With the animals,

Today was a tiring but fun day, as it seems all my days are becoming here in D.C. :) We are leaving Tuesday though, so I gotta pack in all the fun I can before we leave! Today my mom and I went shopping for belated gifts for my friends, while my brother and dad went to a crime and punishment museum. I got a thing or two for myself, as well as the gifts! I haven't gotten anything for my giveaway yet, but it's gonna happen - don't worry. ;)

While shopping, my mom and I went to the Ford Theatre where Abe Lincoln was shot! And the building across from it, which is where he died. Also, I took some photos of a beautiful church that we passed on our way as well. Later in the afternoon, we went to the Gallery of Portraits where we took my outfit shots and had a little snack and coffee.

It wasn't too cold today - well, until it snowed! Yes, it snowed! I was excited (but cold) because I haven't really seen snow in a while. It was quite fun (but cold)! Finally, around 5ish, we met back up with my dad and brother to go to the National Museum of Natural History and saw my favorite thing ever! Stuffed mammals! I love animals and learning about them, so exhibits like this are fun for me. We might go back tomorrow, because we didn't get to see even half of the museum.

Anyway, I'd better go! This is getting long! Have a lovely night!

It looks like you're having a blast in DC! I live right outside of DC and I love visiting its museums over and over so I'm glad you're enjoying them too!

  5. I;m really diggin your new camera pictures. They look great! You'd like the natural history museum in Dublin. It's about 3 stories of every animal ever! It's the craziest place I've ever been!
