The Upper Deck

chambray button-up: j crew, skirt: macy's, tights: target, wedges: thrifted, necklace: mom's
Some news: 1.) I got a haircut/trim! 2.) Tomorrow is the last day of school before Thanksgiving break! Then we have off for a week. 3.) I almost threw a 5 inch pot on the potter's wheel today! Woot! 4.) Last night my mom and I saw the Tegan and Sara "Get Along" screening in SF. Geez I love those girls. 5.) I also love this chambray button-up.

Okay, I'm done with all the numbers. Whenever I come to blog lately, I can't put my thoughts into concise words and make the thoughtful post that I want to. I kinda ramble. I don't want Missing Lovebirds to be a typical fashion blog that posts outfit and just talks about those outfits. This is supposed to be about life too, and I think I just need to work on how to speak my mind here comfortably, yet without going on and on, haha.

Btw, thanks for all the great comments on my last post!! I was quite pleasantly surprised! :) :) Have a lovely Thursday! xx

  2. Some days I totally ramble on and on in my posts (mostly towards the end of the week when I'm most sleep deprived, hehe!), but I like happy lists, so I like this post! Other things I like: everything you're wearing! That cardigan is a wonderful shade of green, and your shoes are fantastic :)

  7. I love that pop of green! I rarely see such pretty shades of green like that-- usually it's like olive or some muted down forest green, but this is so refreshing :)

  11. You are so absolutely gorgeous, Elanor! I love the greens so much, and haha I totally have the same problem about rambling! But it is just beyond boring to read fashion blogs that are nothing BUT well.. fashion.. haha. I guess that's why I consider my blog a fashion and lifestyle blog ;)
