Silly, clumsy girl

dress: a gift, cardigan & belt: goodwill, wedges: target
On Tuesday when I wore this outfit, I was this close to going tights-less. But I decided against it as you can see here for a few reasons. My legs actually look horrible right now. For some reason, I have more bruises than normal... Since you all probably don't know my in-real-life idiosyncrasies, I'll give you a little insight... I walk/run into everything. The epitome of clumsy. I guess I just don't have a clear idea of where my body is half the time, because I'll walk into door frames, door handles, any form of table, bed frames... Yes, just about everything. So my legs have 4+ large purplish-blueish bruises that I'm keen on hiding till they fade a bit. Heheh. They are a bit better today so I may go sans tights. :)

On a completely separate note, I am feeling a real pull to do something different with my hair. Please, give me your opinions - should I grow it out?? See youuuu! x

  2. Love this dress!! And my legs are terribly bruised too from smashing my bike up against them as I carry it upstairs, and from hiking and such. I just can't wear tights anymore though so people will just have to deal with my ghastly legs. I've been thinking of growing my hair out a bit and dying it some crazy colors! I want a change too!

  4. I'm totally jealous of you because you could seriously be able to pull off any hairstyle, so do anything! Love the outfit :)

  5. ahahaha I am the SAME way. all my limbs always hit things all the time...so painful and embarrassing....I LOVE your hair. a lot. like i wish I could do it but I'm scared....but, I totally understand the feeling of getting sick of the same thing ( my hair is driving me crazy and i'm so bored with it) I feel like if you can pull off a pixie cut you can pull off anything, so I'm not too worried for you...you could try a cute 20's bob with bangs? i could see that looking cute on you.

  8. I love this! And if you want to grow your hair out, you should totally do it! I am currently growing my hair out (it used to be as short as yours), and so far I'm loving it. There was an awkward couple of months where the back of my hair looked like a gross mullet, but I bet you could cut it in such a way that it doesn't do that. Haha but I love your hair no matter what! It's gorgeous. :)

  9. That dress is so lovely!! I love the colour of the cardigan you've paired it with! I personally love your hair like that! Not many girls can pull off short hair, and so well!

  11. That dress is so great. I really love the color of your cardigan too. As for your hair, I think the short cut is really edgy and cool. I like to think someday when I've experienced longish hair for a bit that I'd cut off mine too! I really like when girls rock awesome short hair cuts. But whatever you decide will look great, I'm sure!

  12. You look so lovely in those autumn colors! Truly, I love your hair...but I'm sure you'd look equally wonderful with long hair! Can't wait to see what you decide :)

  13. I love the dress and cardigan, such fantastic colours. It's a very light, autumnal outfit, I like it! I'm permanently indecisive about my hair so I can't help you there but I do admire anyone that can pull of a pixie cut!

  14. Gorgeous Elanor !! Your skin is so beautiful, I wouldn't want to cover it up with long hair, and its no wonder you bruise like a peach! Eat a lot of oranges and spinach to help heal <33 The dress and cardi are lovely with the dark shoes and tights!
