The Mission District

Yesterday my lovely friend Miranda and I trekked into the Mission district of San Francisco for a day of thrifting, eating, and adventuring! We had more success at the eating and adventuring part than the thrifting part, however I did purchase a darling vintage cardigan at Thrift Town. I've known Miranda since 6th grade, the year we moved to CA, but it's been in the past few months that we have really become much closer. She is such a fantastic lady who has a huge heart and I'm so glad to call her my friend! ♥

Anyway, the most exciting part of the day was waiting in line for ice cream at the Bi-Rite Creamery near Dolores Park. The line was sooo long (and it apparently is that long quite frequently). But it was well worth the wait and Miranda and I are already planning out our next excursion to Dolores Park and the creamery. :) It was such a nice Saturday with my friend - a good distraction from my life, I'd say. That night she even helped me take outfit photos - not to mention we ate cookie dough and watched a fake documentary on vampires...! All and all, a very nice day. Stay tuned for an outfit post of what I wore yesterday! x

  10. I'm just a wee bit obsessed with your blog. You're one of the first bloggers I've found that lives in the Bay Area, too! Love seeing SF through someone else's eyes.
