We had the most difficult time finding a place to take outfit shots yesterday, because as you can see, it was sunny! We made it work, though you do get some bright photos because of it. ;) But what matters more is that this outfit was recorded! I came up with this spur-of-the-moment but I actually love how it turned out. Unfortunately, despite the sun being out and about, it was probably a tad bit too chilly to wear this top/bandeau without more layers. I guess I'll be saving similar looks for the summertime!

In other news, this quarter must be plugging along, because we are already in week 4 and I can feel myself falling behind in some classes which is definitely not ideal for my final quarter of my freshmen year. I hope to pick up the slack this week/next week and get my head back in the game! But can you believe that? It's hard to think that soon it will be summer and I'll be finished with year one. Mostly I've been telling myself that I shouldn't think with that narrow mentality -- I am a firm believer that it is important to live in the moment and not to only anxiously anticipate what is coming next. Being the anxious person that I am, this is more difficult of course haha. Anyway, happy Wednesday!
