Hey loves! ♥ Sorry for my little spaz/freak out in the post below from a few hours ago. I was just super excited to know that I hadn't lost my blog! Silly Google... scaring me like that. :( Did the malfunction effect any of you guys? I'm so glad that it's fixed and I have ML and my gmail back. It made me realize how upset I'd be if I ever actually lost my blog or had to stop blogging, etc! Jeez. This also makes me realize that I need to back up some stuff and protect my blogger content... Does anyone know how to do this?

Today was the first day back to the grind! My break was very lovely, but I am also glad to be back in school, for some reason. I probably won't feel that way tomorrow though! In fact, on a completely different note, my feet are killing me from wearing these heels today! I absolutely adore them, but my feet are not happy. How do you women wear heels every single day?! I must learn - and join your ranks!! Eh? :) I hope your Monday has been an okay ease into the week ahead! Hugs. x

WAS FREAKING OUT.

OH MY GOSH.
So last night, out of no where,
Google told me that my gmail account had been disabled...
which includes my email, and MY BLOG.

I freaked out.
I contacted Google about what had happened while freaking out.
I've been freaking out since last night around 6 pm when it happened.
FORTUNATELY, everything is back today!!
I am SO glad, especially cause I have no idea what I would have done to get my account disabled!

Anyway, that's where Missing Lovebirds has been since yesterday at 6 pm, if you were wondering. But now I'm back! And hopefully I'll be posting in a few hours with an outfit shot!

I LOVE YOU GUYS.

EDIT: Apparently it was an actual incident. Dang, Google.

"Wrong, do it again!"

How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?!?!?!?!
I'm sure you guys are sick of my fun little photoshoots with Lijah, but this is the last one - I promise! Well... the last one for a little while. :) We go back to school on Monday, unfortunately! I think this has probably been one of the most fun/eventful breaks from school... in a long time. I'm really glad that I didn't sit around doing nothing like I find myself doing often!

So I styled up Lijah, sort of. His scarf is mine, and so are all the glasses. I think he looks super chic - not to mention our spiked hair. ;) That was the main event of today, to spike our hair! You know, since we both have short hair. And leather jackets! Hahaha. I know these 'shoots aren't too serious, but that's why they are fun!!

Anyway. I think I'm going to force Lijah and myself to spike our hair like this for school at some point. I'll let you know if we ever do it. Happy Friday! x

Sour Times,

graphic t, & skirt: ?, fringe vest: forever 21, belt, & brogues: goodwill
I've been meaning to style a graphic t-shirt lately, but I realized when I was changing my style, I got rid of a lot of them that I've had since middle school. But this one I kept for some reason - it has a jeweled leopard on it so that could be why...! I'm glad I kept this cause I think this deep shade of purple looks very nice with the brown of my skirt. This is an outfit of me sort of trying new things... so, yay - hurray!

Thanks for all your sweet comments on my last photo post. :) If it wasn't obvious, I visited a cemetery and also Stinson beach with friends. As I attempted to promise, I will post every day. But this is just short for now. And for your hearing pleasures, I'm adding a Portishead song, Sour Times. It's brilliant. x

Man & Woman.

Yesterday, Lijah and I hung out all day and believe it or not, these photos were not our objective and it was practically a coincidence that we ended up taking them! However, I'm sure glad we did cause we got a bunch of great ones! We met up around 12:30 and got sushi, and then drove to ice skating! Fortunately, we both are pretty good at ice skating so we didn't fall and it was quite a successful experience. Haha... I guess I almost fell a couple times... But I just grabbed a hold of the closest body and clung to it before regaining my balance. Best way to not fall, hands down!

We got some yummy frozen yogurt after that (of course, I didn't take photos of any of this either...psh...) and then drove back to the free garage where I had parked my car. Ironically, Lijah suggested we both drive up to the very top before leaving to have a shoot out! So we drove up there, and began having our shoot out...but then I realized - we could take photos! It was perfect! So we did.

It's funny how sometimes when you don't have a set plan to take photos, or do anything for that matter... the result can be something amazing and super fun! We didn't plan to take these photos, but we got some great ones - and we had fun taking them on the rooftop to boot. :)

After this we went to Lijah's house and watched this weird conspiracy TV show called The Event.... for like, 4 hours. We decided to make it a new tradition, so sometime before break is over, we are going to watch the next episodes. It's truly a very suspenseful show, I must say.

Anyway, I hope you all had a lovely President's Day, if you had off of school or work, or if not! OH, and P.S., Lijah suggested this as the title. So all cred goes to him. ;) x

Well, hello!

shirt: costco, skirt: vintage, belt & shoes: goodwill, purse: urban outfitters, ring: forever 21
Heylo! It's been a whole week! I hope you all enjoyed my two lovely guest bloggers - they were great, huh?! I've really missed this whole blogging thing, though. ;) This past week was the definition of stressful, so it's good I took a break and concentrated on school. The gist of it, is that I had my junior research paper first draft due on Friday, and two tests the same day. It was pretty crazy.

However, now I've returned! And I have no school this week! Apparently it's something like mid-winter break/ski-week? I feel like it was just winter break. Not that I'm complaining or anything...! I plan on posting as frequently as I can this week, because I've been feeling a bit unhappy with my two-posts-a-week thing I'd been doing. I wish I could do posts daily like all the cool kids. :( Just kidding. Well, sorta.

My weekend has already been pretty brilliant. I went to Goodwill with Jessica yesterday, as they were having a 50% off everything sale, so let's just say I scored pretty well. :) For instance, the boots and this stunning belt! After Goodwilling, we watched Flight of the Conchords. One of the funniest shows/bands ever. Do you know about them?! If not - look them up right now!

Tomorrow I have a fun day planned out, too, but I'll tell you about that later. Have a great Sunday! x
